Project Title*:

Please give your research project a descriptive title.

If a study area is less than entire park, enter area's center point (degrees decimal) and size in hectares.

Project Overview*:

Submit a project synopsis, including purpose (graduate thesis, independent study, etc.), specific objectives, and complete methodology. If applicable, include a species list and the name and address of the proposed curatorial facility. If your project involves ground disturbance, estimate the amount, location and duration. Permits - state and federal:

Provide a copy of all required permits and any proofs of possession.
Should be combined into a single scanned PDF document and uploaded.
