Note that this approximation lacks the Introduction and Appendices that are found in previous, complete version. However, the References and Websites portions of the introduction are now available from green tabs on the Home Page. Also, we are retaining the 30th Approximation on the website, as a green tab; this has all of the introductory material, including Suggested References, Websites, Acknowledgments of observers, and the numerous appendices, compiled through the end of 2022.
