Habitats:

Diet: Larvae feed on the bark or under it of virtually all hardwoods and pines in the East (Yanega, 1996). Hickory and Beech are especially attacked (Lingafelter, 2007).

Observation Methods: Attracted to UV lights (Yanega, 1996)
