synonym
description A light brown species with a fairly flat profile: when viewed from the side, the wings, pronotum and crown are relatively flat and level with one another. This is the only member of this genus in the state that lacks banding on the wings: the wings instead have evenly spread reticulations. The head is wider than the pronotum, and the crown is produced with a prominent point; it is very sharply angled towards the face. The male subgenital plates are large and apically blunt; triangular overall. The female pregenital sternite is tapered to a truncate apex and has three longitudinal ridges; there is a slight median notch. Adult males are 4.9-5.3 mm long, females are 5.0-5.9 mm. (Hamilton 1975)
distribution Florida north to North Carolina (Hamilton 1975)
