description Brownish overall. The crown is white with a thin dark brown marginal line. There is an orange to dark brown mark in front of the eyes. The face is brown to yellow, with a dark brown area under the medial half of the eyes; there are several dark brown lines below the crown margin. The pronotum is light brown or orange with an interrupted white cruciate mark. The scutellum is yellowish to orange, with the posterior part whitish. The wings are brownish with white patches; the wing tips are dark, and the wing venation is dark brown. Males are pale on the underside, and the female pregenital sternite (sternite #7) is white with a brown posterior area. The adult female is 6.1 mm long. (Barnett 1976)
