Red or orange color pattern on an otherwise yellowish-white background. The pattern on each wing is a somewhat continuous reddish-orange zig-zag, with the marks on each wing not really visually connecting with each other along the commissure; the zig-zag through the apical cells is dark gray to blackish. There is a dark spot on the costal margin of each wing, and two spots in the apical cells (this can be tough to see though within the dark band). The vertex has orange parallel submedial lines that are close to one another, with a thin white gap in between, and there is often a lateral branch. The anteclypeus is pale, concolorous with the rest of the face. The pronotum has a Y-shaped yellow to red mark in the middle and a concolorous line on the lateral margins. The mesonotum is entirely pale, with the apex concolorous with the rest of the mesonotum. The thoracic venter has a dark mesosternum, the rest is pale. Adults are 2.9-3.1 mm long.
