description The crown is mottled brownish, with some light markings: there is a light band before the eyes on the crown that is almost complete. The crown is slightly less than twice as long as wide between the eyes. The pronotum is pale fulvous, irregularly marked with brown and with vittae only lightly present. The scutellum and face are fulvous, with the latter mottled with brown and a light sharksmouth and vitta present behind the eye. The wings are semihyaline fulvous, with the veins and irrorations fuscous in the male and fulvous in the female. The female pregenital sternite is a little more than half as long as wide, with the latero-posterior margin rounded. Adult males are 3.8 mm long, while females are 4.7 mm. (Hepner, 1947)
