Identification | Tiger Lily is a familiar garden/cultivated plant, not readily escaping. It has plain orange corollas with bold dark spots. Blackish bulblets are produced in leaf axils, unlike all our other Lilium. It has an abundance of alternate stem leaves; our native species tend to have whorled leaves, except for L. catesbaei. | |
