Abundance | Rare in the Mountains, and very rare eastward. One population in 2017 in Macon County was termed abundant. | |

Identification | Morrow's Honeysuckle is a shrub whose leaves are narrowly elliptical, with a very short driptip (or none). The leaves are roughly half the size of those of L. maackii and noticeably narrower; its flowers are more open and less tubular than are those of L. maackii, as well. L. x bella is virtually identical, except that its flowers fade to various shades of pink. | |
