Identification | Black Medick is a multi-stem, sprawling to semi-erect herb. The leaves are well-spaced and divided into 3 obovate, clover-like leaflets. The flowers grow in a dense cluster at end of a long stalk, yellow and very small. The pod is rather kidney-shaped, with obvious veins, spineless. The species can be easily confused with several exotic clover (Trifolium) species. | |
