| Identification | Bladder Campion is distinctive in its inflated (globular at maturity) calyx that can be pale green but is often a soft pink and mottled with little white patches (or alternatively, dark red lines). The petals are white and deeply cleft. This is a very conspicuous plant when in bloom, especially if the plants have a mottled pink calyx. | |
