DistributionA single collection known: Orange County, weed in parking lot at Carol Woods, Chapel Hill, 20 July 1984, M. Domville 2592 (NCU). In 2021, a photograph accompanied a report in iNaturalist by Larry Chen from Pea Island NWR.

Native of Eurasia; in N.A. scattered locations.
AbundanceVery rare.
HabitatParking lot weed, roadside.
PhenologyFlowering June-September.
IdentificationIt is quite similar to L. corniculatus, but the leaves are divided into 3-5 narrow leaflets.
Taxonomic CommentsSome authors treat it as L. corniculatus var. tenuis.
