Native of Europe and western Asia; in N.A. Que. to Ont. and WA, south to NC, TN, OK, UT.
AbundanceVery rare.
HabitatFields, waste ground.
PhenologyFlowering and fruiting April-July.
IdentificationPatience Dock has a massive and densely-flowered inflorescence, which should distinguish it from our other docks.
