Identification | A tall shrub or small tree up to 25 feet. Leaves are opposite or subopposite, ovate to elliptic and usually with a short drip-tip, rather shiny above, tardily deciduous. The leaves of R. davurica are relatively longer and have 4-6 lateral veins on each side of the leaf midrib, versus 3 lateral veins in R. cathartica. | |
