DistributionThere are no specimens so-named at SERNEC, probably because botanists have not recognized infraspecific taxa or splits from H. helix. BONAP maps it for NC without designating any county. Weakley (2018) does likewise for the NC Piedmont.

Native of Europe; in N.A. scattered on East and West Coast states.
