DistributionDiscovered in NC in 2019 in a backyard in Wake County. Taxon editors have prepared this skeletal species account to alert botanists that this alien may be making inroads into our state. We suggest that all populations found be destroyed, even though this species may not be classified as invasive or noxious.

Native to Africa and Asia. In N.A. ranges north mainly to SC and TX, and now to NC.
