Adult ID Requirements: Identifiable from good quality photos of unworn specimens.
Immatures and Development: Larvae are usually predators of various scale insects and mealybugs (Coccoidea). Laetilia also has been observed feeding on the flowers of plants infested with scales (Neunzig, 1997).
