Habitats and Life History
Habitats: North Carolina records come primarily from the Mountains, particularly high elevation forests and cove forests but also from bogs and other herb-dominated habitats.
Larval Host Plants: Polyphagous, feeding on a wide range of woody and herbaceous plants but apparently not on conifers (Wagner et al., 2001)
