Habitats and Life History
Habitats: We have records from High Elevation Red Oak Forests, cove forests, and montane riparian forests
Larval Host Plants: Larvae feed primarily on alder (Alnus) and birch (Betula), with beech (Fagus) and mountain-ash (Sorbus) also reported (Wagner et al., 2001). - View
