Distribution in North Carolina
Comments: Wadotes hybridus shares its range with W. calcaratus, W. willsi, W. dixiensis, and W. bimucronatus but only is known to be syntopic with the latter species. It is absent from the high elevation spruce/fir forests o f the southern Appalachians within its range .

Habitats: forest; under litter and logs on forest floor
Observation Methods:
Abundance/Frequency: Mature males have been collected from early August until late November . They apparently do not overwinter. Mature females can be collected throughout the year.
