Comments: Wadotes willsi is presently known only from the slopes of Mount Rogers in Smyth and Grayson Counties, southwestern Virginia , and from adjacent Ashe County, North Carolina

Habitats and Life History
Habitats: Mount Rogers is characterized by a Fraser fir forest and grass and blackberry/hawthorn balds at the higher elevations with northern hardwoods (especially sugar maple, beech, and yellow birch) predominant belo w (Pittillo 1976). One male was collected from a beech/ maple forest near Deep Ga p on the west slope of the mountain.
