Comments: This species is dimorphic, and has been found from ~ 3000-4600', mostly on Rhododendron maximum, but recently also on a broad leaved Solidago. Females and juveniles tend to have a black head where the other species are yellow. Males are similar to inclemens but the leg patterns and palp fringe colors are different.
