Comments: "Micrathena": from the Greek adjective for "small" and the name of the goddess Athena, patroness of domestic arts and handicrafts, especially spinning and weaving; "sagitatta" from Latin for "arrow."
Identification
Online Description/Photos: Males are slimmer and darker than the females; they may have paired dots on the posterior end of the abdomen.
