Habitats and Life History
Habitats:
Larval Host Plants: Larvae feed on greenbriers (Smilax spp.). Landry (2007) reports Bristly Greenbrier (S. hispida) as a host plant, and BugGuide has a record for a larva on Common Greenbrier (S. rotundifolia). We do not have any feeding records in North Carolina. - View
