Habitats and Life History
Habitats: Most of our records come from sites where Mockernut Hickory occurs, including both mesic and dry stands of hardwoods.
Larval Host Plants: Larvae feed on hickories (Carya spp.), including Mockernut Hickory (C. tomentosa) and Pecan (C. illinoensis) (Neunzig, 1972). - View
