Habitats and Life History
Habitats: Found across the range of Nyssa species, from deep swamps and blackwater alluvial forests in the Coastal Plain to dry ridges in the Piedmont and Mountains.
Larval Host Plants: Larvae are stenophagous, feeding on tupelo (Nyssa spp.) (Wagner et al., 2011). - View
