Habitats and Life History
Habitats: Our records come from both open and woodland habitats, as well as closed canopy, mesic forests.
Larval Host Plants: Larvae feed on sumacs (Rhus spp.) and Toxicodendron, including Poison-ivy (T. radicans) and Atlantic Poison-oak (T. pubescens) (Robinson et al., 2010). In North Carolina, our only feeding record is from Poison-ivy. - View
