Habitats and Life History
Habitats:
Larval Host Plants: Larvae feed on oaks and other members of the Fagaceae; also reported on maple and poplar but possibly in error (Wagner et al., 2011). In North Carolina, larvae have been recorded on White Oak (Quercus alba), Black Oak (Q. velutina), and American Beech (F. grandifolia). - View
